As with most early stage property investment opportunities, The Village at Valle Romano is an “offplan” investment. In this instance, the downside of having to wait two years for your property to complete is offset by the fact that your price reflects this and is fixed once you have put down a deposit. As investors are only required to put down a 20% / 30% deposit, there is the potential for leveraged capital growth as you are receiving the benefit of capital growth on the value of 100% of the apartment price. Many investors will actually sell the property on this basis before it completes, to take advantage of this growth.
